 Mostly great and love having the online chat. A few enhancements would make it better! The european pricing is high compared to the US - currency conversion done at 1:1 rates. It would be good to have other language options and to be able to show a recurrence of a film in another language. We would be happy to help with spanish translations for the site if that helped.

 Our biggest issue was our umbrella event ended in the middle of our event. It was our fault or lack of understanding that the thru date would go thru the 17 not end at 12:00am on that date. There should be a default that will not let you end it before your events. I should have put in 12/18. I was left with no idea where people were seated and blindly assigning seat with my fingers crossed. Not a good feeling or customer service.

 Overall - there's a lot to like: -The seating layout tool worked well -I'm able to get pretty much any report I need -I'm able to easily see the visual representation of seats sold for an event at any given time -Comp/promo codes work great There are parts of the UI that are clunky to interact with, especially that a lot of actions result in a modal dialog

 Sam was helpful as we navigated the site and setting it up. But when I had people at the box office wanting seats and not able to see the seats he said you weren't open on the weekends. Review the strand. A system fix or review by an engineer should be done.

 I highly recommend Ticketor! Our community theater has two venues, one with reserved seating and one without. TIcketor works beautifully for both. Customer service responsiveness is fantastic. I get clear answers very quickly. when I need help. I have requested several adjustments and received a technical fix for each that met our needs. The engineers are great at helping us improve our customers' experience.

Can't say enough good about response since our old ticketing would take days to get back to us. The app is very user friendly.  Ticketor lets you create accurate seating layout for your environment, it offers great reporting options and their customer support is fantastic. There are a few minor improvements I'd like to see in the UI, but I will definitely come back to Ticketor for our future events.

 If you need to sell tickets then this is the place. You can set up your site any way you like. Once you are done then the tickets sell themselves. Customers can ask you questions that go right to your email. You can use your facebook page to link to ticketor and then back to your facebook page. Set up your payment processor and the money goes right to the bank.

     Functionality is all here, just some of the UX and design elements aren't quite as polished as the big names in ticketing (e.g. ticketmaster, etc.) Need a tighter integration if possible with Groupon/GrouponLive and other discounters.

   When you have price variations, you need to allow questions to be asked ONLY on the variations. Such as, we have a variation for VIP Experience and offer T-shirts with it, so we need shirt sizes, but the program asks for shirt sizes for every ticket sold. That is confusing for customers and if we aren't closely watching it will be confusing when placing shirt order. Would like a feature to block a number of tickets in the General Admission area to account for sponsor.

 The only idea I have is something that actually came up this weekend. We usually give our performers a few free tickets a month. Typically we put them behind the sold tickets. However, I noticed this weekend that we are not able to sell/reserve seats that have not been opened up yet. Is there a way to allow the box office to have access to reserve/sell the seats that are not opened up to the public yet? Thanks.

 -Exact seat selection for end users with a 10 minute timeout. -Include the ticket images in the confirmation email. -Add option to add tickets to Apple Wallet app -Add support for Apple Pay -In Box Office mode, let me immediately mark them as will-call (selling over the phone) -The process for exchanging seats could be a lot more intuitive (especially if the customer just wants to swap seats in the same price range, not get a refund)

 Make it easier to replicate repeating events. I.E. all events at the specified time for the days I select in a given time period.

Ticketor Responese: Thanks for your suggestion. We added recurring events so you can easily schedule your events to run daily, weekly, monthly or per custom schedule.

 please allow a feature that lets you hide all the floating elements while you design. also please make the floating design panel automatically scroll down the page. i find that on long pages i have to scroll down and then move the box as i go - it gets kind of annoying after working for hours on a page
